I the website user/legal guardian declare that I am a member of Train N’ Gain Parkour Academy (TNG) until the termination or completion of my session package. I confirm that The participant is medically fit to undergo the normal course of exercise prescribed at TNG. I understand that under no circumstances shall TNG or anyone representing TNG be held responsible for, or be responsible for, any damage or otherwise loss (including loss of any article), damage or expense suffered by me or my estate or anyone claiming by or through me and whether due to negligence, omission, or otherwise due to my presence at any place used by TNG and/or indulging in indoor and outdoor exercise or treatments for all of which I indemnify TNG its principles and representatives. I give permission to be handed over to a collection company or lawyers if I have not made payment.
